Since opening under the Coastal Posh name, Debbie has created a thriving business that caters to the needs of private estate clients, rental property management, and property event management.
Matt has been a steadfast resource to coastal Maine, retiring from his job at Hinckley Yachts to work full-time for Coastal Posh clients. With years of experience working as a caretaker and maintenance manager for Coastal Posh properties, Matt is a vital part of estate management services. Matt oversees the property renovations, maintenance, and construction.
When Debbie and Matt are not working for clients, you can find them at their beautiful farmhouse in Gouldsboro. Their hearts belong to their daughters, Ashley and Courtney, and three grandsons, Sawyer, Hudson, and Oliver. If they are not working, they are spending time with family. Matt and Debbie can always be found spending weekends at camp, hiking in the extensive paths on their property, spoiling beloved dogs, gardening, and cooking for three hungry boys.

You will not find a more dedicated VRBO host than Ashley. Boasting a 5- star premier host status on VRBO, Ashley has proven since 2018, when Coastal Posh first started online property management, that she goes above and beyond to make sure every single renter is well cared for. Spending her summers tending to the needs of all renters at all 10 Coastal Posh VRBO properties, Ashley also works alongside crews to open and maintain private estates and rental properties, along with caring for much of the behind-the-scenes office needs of a successful business.
As a wife and mom of three boys, Ashley spends her down time with her family and friends. Along with the many needs of running a household, Ashley makes family time a priority. She can be seen year-round taking the kids to the beach, the pool, the park, to hockey, ice skating, clubs, and throwing parties. Ashley loves to spend time with people she loves and will use any excuse to get together with them. Whether it is her home life, or her professional responsibilities, Ashley always puts her heart into everything she does.
Caitlin is likely a familiar face to all our private estate clients. Being with Coastal Posh from the beginning, Caitlin has proved to be an asset to the Coastal Posh team. With an uncanny ability to remember every detail for every client, Caitlin manages the crews who do openings, weekly cleanings, and can often be found dropping in to help clients with a variety of needs. Mostly seen at our Northeast Harbor estates, Caitlin has developed a wonderful relationship with Coastal Posh clients and has the repour of being a trusted and loyal crew member.
In her down time, Caitlin can be found doing all things outdoors. A regular beach comber, she often arrives early or stays late on the coast of Maine walking along the beach and bringing home unique goodies she finds. Dog mom of two, Caitlin spends much of her free time hiking with her pets and friends or using her time to help others around her. Cailtin often brings the crew, friends and family home baked goodies and she loves to provide for others as much as her circumstances allow. Caitlin cares deeply for those in her life, both personally and professionally and that can be seen in her consideration for everyone around her.
When Coastal Posh first started doing business under the name, Courtney worked part time seasonally helping to open properties. Since then, Courtney has added to her role at Coastal Posh, and now helps manage the behind-the-scenes element of the business. As Social Media Manager, Courtney handles the advertising and online presence of Coastal Posh, along with assisting with client and renters needs and special services Coastal Posh offers. Courtney also works with the crew opening private and rental properties, doing change-over services, and weekly cleanings.
As a wife and mom of three children, Courtney uses her free time managing her household in Blue Hill. Most likely you can spot Courtney with her children and friends at the beach, but she also enjoys tending to her small garden and flock of backyard chickens, cooking with her husband, and camping at every opportunity with her family. Courtney takes pride in working hard both at home and for Coastal Posh, and always gives 100% to whatever she sets her mind to.
Drew has been part of the Coastal Posh team since the beginning, starting mainly doing professional window cleaning, and slowly growing in the company and taking on the responsibility of estate exterior and grounds maintenance. Drew also assists Matt on remodeling and construction projects and can be seen from time to time cleaning a toilet or two. Most clients won’t see much of Drew being outside the property, but they have boasted windows being the cleanest they have ever been.
Husband and father to 3 boys, Drew has his hands full at home. Known for his deeply historical conversations and ability to make a joke out of anything, you can find Drew making friends with anyone and everyone. If you can’t find Drew, just follow the sound of his one-of-a-kind laugh and you will find him chatting it up! Considered the comedic relief for Coastal Posh, Drew finds a way to brighten a tough day and bring a smile to the crew’s face.
